About Spellbreak

Spellbreak is a multiplayer, multi-platform battle-royale where player take on the role of a “battlemage” mastering elemental magic and using spells to compete against other players. Players can choose between six different classes, Frostborn, Conduit, Pyromancer, Toxicologist, Stoneshaper, or Tempest. Each has a different playstyle that can be made even more unique with player customization – including creating different spell combinations.

The game features an ever-changing world known as Primdal with battles taking place in the Hollow Lands. Scattered throughout the map are hidden chests containing all kinds of useful equipment that will help during a fight.

Spellbreak can be played on PC via the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. The game features cross-play and cross-progression, so players can play anywhere and bring their progress with them.

It is a very fun game, spells are good and balanced and are suited to different situations. Worth it.

Spellbreak is, from a certain perspective, identical to most basic battle royale setups. Players drop down onto a large map that shrinks over time. In fact, Spellbreak even refers to this zone as "the storm," hoping to appear similar to Fortnite in lexicon if not in function. Players collect various health and armor potions, opening chests and looting across castle grounds. When not actively in a game, there's a store to buy cosmetic items with in-game currency, some of which can be gained through completing objectives. All in all pretty fun game
